Potala Guest House has been synonymous with the establishment of Thamel into the tourist centre we know today. With over 30 years of operations under our belt, we have grown from a humble 24 room “guest house” into a 67-room hotel, with a multi-cuisine restaurant, a garden and a travel desk! While Thamel has evolved from a quiet urban neighbourhood into a hustling and bustling tourist centre, Potala Guest House has remained an oasis in the heart of Thamel.
