Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport followed by meet and assist service. Transfer by private vehicle to the hotel. After check-in, the remainder of the day is kept at leisure to rest after the journey and acclimatize to the city’s altitude and pace. Optional short neighborhood walk can be arranged. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Heritage Sightseeing (B)

After breakfast, proceed for a guided heritage exploration of Kathmandu Valley. Visits include Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world and a center of Tibetan culture, followed by Kathmandu Durbar Square, home to ancient palaces, courtyards, and living traditions. The day also includes a visit to Swayambhunath Stupa, offering panoramic views over the valley. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Bhaktapur – Patan – Pashupati (B)

After breakfast, drive to Bhaktapur to explore its remarkably preserved medieval core. Visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Nyatapola Temple, and Pottery Square, gaining insight into traditional Newari architecture and craftsmanship. Continue onward to Patan Durbar Square, renowned for its refined art, temples, and museum. In the late afternoon, visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple complex, observing evening rituals along the Bagmati River. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 04: Kathmandu – Panauti (Homestay Experience) (B/D)

After breakfast, drive to the historic town of Panauti, one of Nepal’s oldest settlements located at the confluence of sacred rivers. Upon arrival, check in to a local homestay. Explore the town on foot, visiting Indreshwar Mahadev Temple, traditional courtyards, and heritage houses. The homestay experience allows interaction with local families and insight into daily rural life. Dinner and overnight stay in Panauti.

Day 05: Departure (B)

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu. Timely transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for onward journey.
