Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. Meet and assist, then transfer by private vehicle to the hotel. Evening trek briefing covering route, altitude safety, and equipment check. Guests may explore Thamel for light shopping or cultural immersion. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding (B/L/D)

Early morning flight to Lukla (2,860 m) offering stunning aerial views of the Himalayas. Trek gently along the Dudh Koshi River through small Sherpa villages and rhododendron forests. The trail is dotted with small mani walls and prayer flags, introducing you to Sherpa culture. Trek duration 3–4 hours. Overnight stay in Phakding.

Day 03: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (B/L/D)

Trek through Sagarmatha National Park, crossing suspension bridges including Hillary Bridge, with cascading rivers and pine forests around. Ascend to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), a bustling Sherpa trading hub with colorful markets. Trek duration 6–7 hours. Overnight stay in Namche.

Day 04: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar (B/L/D)

Optional short hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung village for panoramic views of Everest and Ama Dablam. Visit local monasteries or Sherpa museums. Rest, hydration, and health monitoring are emphasized to prevent altitude sickness. Overnight stay in Namche.

Day 05: Namche – Tengboche (B/L/D)

Trek through dense pine and rhododendron forests, descend to Phunki Tenga, then climb to Tengboche Monastery (3,860 m). Scenic views of Ama Dablam and Mount Everest. Witness the spiritual rituals at the monastery. Trek duration approx. 5–6 hours. Overnight stay in Tengboche.

Day 06: Tengboche – Dingboche (B/L/D)

Trek through alpine terrain crossing Imja Khola, with panoramic views of Thamserku and Kangtega. Dingboche (4,410 m) is a primary acclimatization stop surrounded by glacial moraines. Trek duration approx. 6 hours. Overnight stay in Dingboche.

Day 07: Acclimatization in Dingboche (B/L/D)

Optional hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley for acclimatization. Afternoon for rest, photography, or exploration of local villages. Focus on hydration and light meals to aid altitude adjustment. Overnight stay in Dingboche.

Day 08: Dingboche – Lobuche (B/L/D)

Ascend through moraine valleys with dramatic mountain vistas, passing memorials to fallen climbers. Reach Lobuche (4,940 m), a small settlement of tea houses. Trek duration approx. 5–6 hours. Overnight stay in Lobuche.

Day 09: Lobuche – Gorakshep – Everest Base Camp (B/L/D)

Trek along the Khumbu Glacier to Gorakshep, then onward to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m). Experience the iconic Himalayan amphitheater, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse. Return to Gorakshep. Trek duration 7–8 hours. Overnight stay in Gorakshep.

Day 10: Kalapathar – Pheriche (B/L/D)

Early morning climb to Kalapathar (5,545 m) for spectacular sunrise views over Everest and surrounding peaks. Descend via Lobuche to Pheriche. Opportunity to observe glacial landscapes and local yak herding. Overnight stay in Pheriche.

Day 11: Pheriche – Namche Bazaar (B/L/D)

Descend through Pangboche village and Tengboche forests. Enjoy views of Ama Dablam from different perspectives. Trek duration 6–7 hours. Overnight stay in Namche.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar – Lukla (B/L/D)

Final trekking day to Lukla. Scenic descent through Sherpa villages and terraced hillsides. Evening farewell with trekking staff. Overnight stay in Lukla.

Day 13: Lukla – Kathmandu (B)

Flight back to Kathmandu. Afternoon free for rest, souvenirs, or optional sightseeing. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Departure (B)

Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for onward journey.
